Part I and II of Beyonce and Tina Turner's Grammy performance last night. It was incredible! Tina Turner is living proof that embracing passion, freedom, and love, and taking care of your mind, body and soul permits you to escape the confines of age. Just look at her. She doesn't miss a step. This is how a 68 year old woman ought to act.
